If you have located our blog, you might be wondering… what’s the point of this site? It’s simple - instead of going home and complaining, and letting all the interesting, funny or disturbing (after a bad day “in the office”) real estate broker stories be forgotten, we share them with you. Now, that might not sound like a good proposition…. But this is the only way You can hear about the unique things we go through, the fascinating and bizarre characters we encounter, the hilarious tales that not only make you go “holly crap!” and “no friggin’ way!”, but also give you an insider’s view. At times we hope to provide valuable real estate insights and educate. And, of course, we hope you respond.
This is a job for a hustler. Most folks have no idea what a Realtor, aka real estate broker, goes through on a daily basis to make a living, how deals are made, killed, or how a smooth one makes for a happy day. True stories only, no fiction. Some of this stuff is stranger than fiction, other times it makes you angry, and occasionally seems good enough to make a good bid on some (bad) comedy show.
