Hunters Point Condo Closing Letters Go Out!
(post by Dee) Word’s on the street that Simone Development, the builders of Hunters Point Condos, have finally sent out closing letters to buyers at their One Hunters Point building. The first closings are said to be scheduled for as soon as middle of February!!! Wow, someone IS actually going to complete their building, even in this economy. Kudos to their construction crews, working in this cold weather. Looks like the first to go into the ground will not be the first one done in LIC (sorry, Powerhouse!) Glad to see some of the construction stop in the neighborhood soon, and a fresh batch of freshly minted LIC-ers move into their brand new condos! Close, close, close!
