No matter how clean the area, how great are schools, how good is transportation, safety always comes, as it should, first. Well, before you buy in NYC, you can actually check how many convicted sexual offenders live in your zip code using NYS Sex Offender Registry. Not only that, you can actually learn their names and see their pictures! How creepy would it be to learn that your actual neighbor or that nice guy from your local gym is a felon!?
