No Co-broking for This Broker
(post by BT) A local agent called me about her “open house”. I pull up the local MLS to check it out and don’t find it there. She didn’t even post the listing. Then I noticed realized a pattern. She had had two listings near my office over the last year and both never sold! And both of them were not being offered to the entire brokerage community. She called me and couple other offices when the listing is about to expire, desperate. No wonder they didn’t sell! I ask her why she doesn’t put her listings on MLS. She doesn’t even respond. She’d rather make nothing than split commission with other Realtors. Shady bitch, hurting her clients, telling them when the listing agreement expires that the “market is week”. Excuses and lies… When this listing expires, I will take it, list it on MLS, advertise the hell out of it, and wait for the calls. And when it is sold, I will give her a call. Did I mention I encounter this EVERY DAY!?
