Model Units Are Ready at One Hunters Point and Hunters View Condos
(post by Dee) Models units are now ready at both One Hunters Point and Hunters View condos. Brown Harris Stevens Project Marketing hired Williams-Sonoma to furnish the model apartments at both One Hunters Point at 5-49 Borden Avenue, and Hunters View located three blocks away at 11-15/19 49th Avenue. Although this project started later than both The Powehouse or The Foundry (both marketed by Douglas Eliman), it is bound to finish construction and begin closings way ahead of them. Over 60% units are sold in One Hunters Point and 40% at Hunters View. Looks like the next wave of move-ins at Queens West will be from Hunters Point Condos.
