(post by Dee) Have you seen the ad in Manhattan subways for Avalon Bay’s Morningside Park rental building at 401 W 110th Street (aka One Morningside Drive)? If you take the 4,5,6, the 1 or 3, the A, B, C, or D, you could not miss it. Avalon Bay bought a lot of ad spots on the subway. See the ad below… I’m loving the web address www.rentupperwestside.com. Now, really, is 110th Street “Upper West Side” Your call. But that is what Avalon Morningside Park ads (see below) sport. Between Morningside Heights (where the building really is) and Uppwer West Side there is another neighborhood, Manhattan Valley (from 97th to 110th on the west side). We’ll post some pictures of the building (now finished and renting) soon.
