ALOFT Hotel by Starwood Coming to Queens Plaza - 29-43 41st Avenue, LIC, NY 11101
(post by Dee) No, you have not misheard me… believe your ears. According to reports from LIC Business Development Corporation and their master plan, and to Starwood website, 29-43 41st Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101 will be home to a brand new ALOFT – By the Bridge hotel in 2010.

Located across from Tishman’s Gotham Center, the new Aloft Hotel will be built near the intersection of Queens Plaza South, Jackson Avenue and 41st Avenue. Hard to believe, I know, but Queens Plaza will one day be a pretty awesome area.
